Eastern Valley Electric Awarded Electrical Contract for Caleb – A New 131-Unit Rental Community in Abbotsford
Eastern Valley Electric (EVE) is proud to announce that we’ve been selected as the electrical contractor for Caleb, an exciting new residential project in Abbotsford, BC. Developed by Whitetail Homes, Caleb is a vibrant six-storey rental community featuring 131 modern units, a standout addition to the evolving Clearbrook Centre neighbourhood.
Located at Peardonville Road and Clearbrook Road, Caleb delivers a thoughtfully designed living experience aimed at meeting the needs of a diverse community. The building offers a variety of floorplans – from efficient one-bedroom layouts to spacious two-bedroom suites – crafted so residents can enjoy both comfort and contemporary design. The development also includes over 5,000 sq ft of rooftop amenities, featuring a lounge, kids’ play area, and a community garden.
With completion expected in 2027, Caleb represents Whitetail Homes’ continued commitment to high-quality multi-family development in the Fraser Valley.
