Building Strong Communities Through Strong Partnerships: Eastern Valley Electric Completes Unity and Advances Solomon in Langley

Our team has recently completed the electrical scope for Unity, a mixed-use development in the heart of Downtown Langley. The project features approximately 200 residential homes and 10 commercial retail units, creating a vibrant community where residents can live, work, and connect in one of the Fraser Valley’s fastest-growing cities. Designed with modern amenities and located just steps from shopping, restaurants, and future rapid transit, Unity is an exciting addition to the Langley skyline. Even more exciting, the development is located just blocks from the future Langley City Centre SkyTrain station, the final stop on the Surrey-Langley SkyTrain extension, providing residents with convenient access to rapid transit throughout Metro Vancouver.
Just around the corner, Eastern Valley Electric is currently in the final stages of completing Solomon, Whitetail Homes’ newest purpose-built rental community in Langley. Like Unity, Solomon is also located just blocks from the future Langley City Centre SkyTrain station, offering residents the convenience of rapid transit while helping meet the growing demand for professionally managed rental housing in the region.
These two projects represent much more than another pair of successful builds, they are a reflection of a relationship that has continued to grow over the past seven years.
During that time, Eastern Valley Electric has had the privilege of partnering with Whitetail Homes on more than six apartment developments throughout the Fraser Valley. With every project, we’ve strengthened our working relationship.
