Breakthrough Academy Winter Summit 2026
WOW, what a start to 2026! The Breakthrough Academy Winter Summit was an absolute game-changer for myself (Ben) and Eastern Valley Electric. I don’t know if there will ever be another conference that tops the insights and inspiration I gained from this event.
Starting off with Cameron Herold sharing his journey through the growth of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? was absolutely captivating and inspiring. Learning that it’s okay not to have all the answers, and to focus on getting and keeping the right people in the right seats, was a powerful reminder of some key philosophies instilled in me by Dylan Moesker and TruGrit, alongside Trevor Throness and the Professional Learning Institute team. Investing in ourselves as business owners and in our teams should be mandatory for every owner.
The rest of the summit was just as impactful, with small group discussions and accountability partners pushing me to strive for greatness. If you struggle with day-to-day operations, accountability, or creating systems, I highly recommend finding a business coach. You are never too small to invest in yourself and your business.
