Eastern Valley Recognized by FLO for Customer Support

Two cornerstone values for Eastern Valley Electic are continued customer satisfaction and a desire to learn. This customer satisfaction continues long after we’ve screwed on the last outlet plate in the building. Our growing knowledge of FLO (BC’s fastest-growing electric vehicle charging network) is a perfect example of a cross-section between these pursuits.

To support our developers and their purchasers, we wanted to offer a package to homeowners for EV charging set up after the strata have taken over the project. After completing this EV brochure, we sent it to our FLO representative for further review to ensure there were no legal issues with what was written or described. We sent this brochure to FLO’s regional manager, who loved the effort taken by EVE to support the homeowners. So impressed were they that they forwarded our pamphlet to their marketing team to be doctored up by them with some final tweaks (the opposite image is the first page).

This example further demonstrates how EVE is becoming a one-stop shop for multi-family developments, starting with pre-construction and strata building turnover with yearly maintenance packages including all life safety equipment monitoring.
