When Mike first joined EVE, his keen eye for detail quickly earned him the title of our trusted "QC guy." Over the years, he has diligently performed quality control checks, ensuring our projects exceed customer expectations. Recognizing his exceptional skills and dedication, we are proud to announce that Mike's role is evolving within the company. He will now serve as our Quality Assurance Manager.
One of Mike's significant contributions to the company has been taking on all service calls for EVE. Mike has alleviated a substantial workload from the management team by directly engaging with clients, scheduling and completing work. His efficiency and professionalism have garnered positive feedback from clients, who consistently commend Mike's exceptional workmanship and dedication to their satisfaction.
Mike's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality align perfectly with EVE's “planning and collaboration” philosophy. As he performs quality control checks, he not only ensures that our projects meet the highest standards but also identifies areas of improvement. By sharing his findings with the foreman and the team, we can strengthen our collaborative efforts, rectify any concerns, and continually enhance our processes. Mike's role in our “planning and collaborating” efforts has proven invaluable, saving time and enabling us to deliver an even better end product.

Throughout the year, we receive random emails from satisfied customers who praise Mike for his professionalism, quality of work, and overall client satisfaction. Mike's dedication to upholding our company's reputation and ensuring customer delight is commendable.
Outside of work, Mike is a loving father and a cherished friend. He finds solace in spending quality time with his wonderful family, and he also enjoys the outdoors, often taking hikes and indulging in a good book.
