EVE AWARDED ALDERGROVE TOWN CENTER PHASE 2 (CREEKSIDE)
We at Eastern Valley Electric are super excited to announce our successful award of the electrical scope for Aldergrove Town Center (ATC) Phase 2 “Creekside”. We will continue working with Caliber Projects and Janda Group to bring yet another multi-family to a successful completion.
Creekside is a 66-unit, 5-storey wood frame with two 2-storey CRU spaces. It contains a shared parkade with the four buildings from Phase 1. We are incredibly pleased with this award as it demonstrates the payoff of our commitment to become the preferred multi-family electrical partner in the Fraser Valley.
Electrically, this project has a few interesting elements we’re excited to bring to life. An indoor high voltage unit substation in the underground parking area feeds five sub-electrical rooms spanning both ATC Phase 1 and Phase 2 buildings, ensuring a seamless and robust power supply for the entire community.
A backup generator system will serve as the lifeline for all elevators and emergency systems in Phase 1 and 2 buildings. Additionally, this system will provide emergency power to Building D, a tall steel stud construction building.
