EVE CONSTRUCTION UPDATE - “Aldergrove Town Center” and “Aqau Shores”
EVE is firing on all cylinders here going into the summer of 2023. Our primary projects under construction right now are ATC (Aldergrove Town Center) and Aqua Shores.
Construction at ATC began in the Spring of 2023. EVE’s contracted part included eight suspended slab decks, seven of which have been poured, with the eighth happening in August. Temp power is online for the site, with security poles hardwired and in use. EVE outfitted all trade trailers with their own power supply for tool charging stations, gear drying, and heating food. Parkade rough wire is underway on all the underground, with the strip lights install in progress as well.
We are pleased to announce that EVE received the letter of intent for Phase 2 of ATC. This phase comprises of a 66 unit 6 storey with 2 CRUs. The target for framing is the first building is October 2023. We know that EVE will continue to push the schedule of all Phases of the ATC project.
EVE’s other under-construction project is Aqua Shores. EVE stepped in on this project to boost the workforce on the site and partner with the existing electrical contractor. Aqua Shores is eight stories tall, with 56 customizable high-end units.
The rough wire was completed in late spring 2023, and the electrical finish is substantially complete up to the 6th floor. Troubleshooting started on the second floor in July 2023. OP (Occupancy Permit) target date is fall 2023.
