EVE PARTNERS WITH PREVIEW BUILDERS TO BRING “AQUA SHORES” TO QUICK COMPLETION
EVE has been busy the last few months with our newest project on Harrison Lake, “Aqua Shores” with Preview Builders International. Aqua Shores is EVE’s first project with Preview Builders, and we are grateful for the opportunity to prove ourselves to another established and reputable builder.
EVE was brought in later in the game to partner with the existing electrical contractor to meet the tight schedule and complete this massive project by Fall 2023. The building is eight stories tall, with a total of 56 customizable high-end units.
Aqua Shores is a luxury apartment. Each suite comes complete with an Energy Recovery Unit, Heat Pump, Electric Fireplace, Dual Gas & Electric Range, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The underground parkade is EV-ready. The project also houses 6 commercial retail units, a high-voltage unit substation, and a backup generator.
Aqua Shores is located steps away from Harrison Lake, in Harrison Hot Springs’ downtown area. This stunning condo will be incredible in the summer, given its proximity to everything Harrison offers! It’s a beautiful project, and we are thrilled to be a part of it.
