EVE’S BIGGEST PROJECT YET: ALDERGROVE TOWN CENTER
Eastern Valley Electric could not be more pleased to announce the securing of our biggest project yet, Aldergrove Town Center. Given the prestige and pioneering surrounding this project and its innovation of Aldergrove, we are thrilled to be a part of this. The development takes the place of the abandoned mall in Aldergrove and is a big step forward for the town in increasing density and taking Aldergrove to the next level.
The project comprises of four apartment buildings with a future phase to be announced. The 260 residential units contain 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. There are multiple CRU’s for future businesses and a standalone two-level daycare building. One of the apartments is placed on top of a four-story parkade structure for additional parking, for a total of ten storeys high.
Aldergrove Town Center is also Eastern Valley’s first chance to work with Caliber Projects and Janda Group. We are thankful they trust us on their team, and we hope this can be the start of an ongoing relationship for years to come.
We began talks with Caliber in Summer 2022, and secured the project in late September 2022. Construction is slated to begin Spring 2023.
