EVE’s FULL-SERVICE APPROACH: MAINTENANCE PACKAGES

At EVE we pride ourselves on being a one-stop electrical shop for builders, from pre-con design review to electric vehicle support. Another area is the maintenance contracts we offer our developers and property managers.

We strongly believe that whether your building is new or old, proper maintenance from a qualified contractor such as ourselves will save you money in the long run. Like a brand new vehicle, even new apartments need maintenance to ensure systems stay operating at peak performance.

Eastern Valley’s maintenance contract includes a comprehensive package complete with third-party electrical systems options. See below:

  1. Electrical Equipment: We inspect and test all electrical equipment annually, including switches and disconnects over 200A or 600V, cycling of sump pump motors, test and inspect all parking area toxic gas monitoring systems, and more. We test the emergency backup operation by putting the electrical system through a simulated power outage to ensure proper start-up and run conditions are met. Many other items are included in the electrical package.

  2. Fire Alarms: Lives depend on fire alarm systems; it is critical that these function properly. Our package includes the test and inspect of all devices, power supplies, batteries, smoke detectors, annunciator panels, sequential displays, etc. This is a third-party item, but to be all-inclusive, we have added it and its coordination as an option to our package.

  3. Sprinkler Systems: This is another third-party item added for client convenience. It includes the inspection of sprinkler heads, test of water flow alarm, test water supply, and more.

  4. Emergency Lighting: The battery packs on all devices are tested, including a test of battery duration during a simulated outage. We perform this annually.

  5. Fire Extinguishers: Another third-party item, all aspects of the extinguishers are checked for damage, tampering, function and recorded.

These items represent a few of the inclusions in our package. We have excellent relationships with Mircom and the other third-party vendors, which removes coordination time from the strata and property manager. All these factors ensure your building stays in working order.
