FORME ON 54th + PRESOLD EV CHARGERS
FORME on 54th is Eastern Valley’s newest multi-family project. The project consists of 62 for-sale apartment units and a 1-level parkade. This building is sold out; however, you can find future Whitetail Homes developments here.
On this project, EVE is working with Whitetail Homes and Partners Marketing Group to include Electric Vehicle chargers ready upon possession. The City of Langley Electric Vehicle standard requires conduit running to 75% of parking stalls and conduit and wire running to 25% of parking stalls. By going a step further and installing a working charger, a homeowner’s parking stall will be set up to charge their vehicle upon possession, eliminating any scrambling to figure out their charging situation after moving in.
This setup is advantageous to both the developer and homeowner. It allows the developer to charge an additional cost for installing an electric vehicle charger. It eliminates any hassle for the homeowner of coordinating with strata to install a charger in their stall after occupancy. Also, since we can complete the charger installation during construction, the installation cost is the same or less for the buyer.
This project began in spring 2022 and is scheduled to be completed in summer 2023. EVE is honoured to be a part of the Whitetail Homes team once again.
