Recently Finished Developments
While Eastern Valley is in the process of beginning a new project, the past months have held project completions for us as well. Our two recently finished developments are “Brookswood” and “Wesley”.
"Brookswood" is a mixed-use building consisting of 3 storeys of wood frame, and 1 level of parkade. The main floor consists of 3 commercial spaces and the upper consists of 5 townhomes. We have completed our scope of work for this project and the GC is wrapping up their final walkthroughs and inspections.
"Wesley" is a 78 unit wood frame development with 2 levels of parkade. This project received occupancy and handed over to the satisfied homeowners February 2021.
We love the process and challenge that leads to a successful project completion, which always makes the end of a project bittersweet.
We appreciated the teams we worked with at both of these sites, both developer and subcontractors. We were thankful of the efforts both sites made towards keeping our crews safe during the pandemic. We are grateful Eastern Valley Electric has managed to stay completely covid free during these unprecedented times.
Eastern Valley hopes that both these developers choose us again for their electrical needs on future developments.
